I forgot to share that I added spikes to this guy! I may add a few more elements to this later, but for now it was a fun bit of practice/experimentation.
Work in progress…..I’ve wanted to take photos and incorporate illustrations into them for a while. Finally getting the ball rolling with this, which has still got a ways to go (including color choices) but so far I am having fun.
Got another haircut, and I think this is my favorite ever…also I feel like I should be in a band now haha
My bat buddy, Fresh Donovan courtesy of Rod Ben (aka Killamari!) and I gave him a NASA shirt!

A fun little work in progress. It’s part of a huge long distance collaborative project I am working on with my good friend [and amazing artist!] Rod, aka Killamari.

“Cyclopia” by Pam Peacock
October 2012. 9.75” x 13.5” x 3” deep. Original vector illustrations, cut paper and paper collage.
A piece I made for the VHS Nightmares Art Show at Center Gallery, Ahaheim. The pieces in the show were all inspired by the B horror movie genre.
“Someone’s in the Wolf” by Pam Peacock. 2012, Digital.
Hand drawn type + illustration inspired by the Queens of the Stone Age song, “Someone’s in the Wolf”.
“NOTE TO SELF” by The Snarky Peacock. 2012, digital illustration/hand drawn type.
“Strangers” 2012
A self-commissioned piece, inspired by one of my all-time favorite songs, ‘Strangers’ by the Kinks.
There aren’t many things better than a new piece you’ve spent hours staring at on a screen, printed and now existing in the real world. And in a frame, to boot.
Wrapped up my latest personal project tonight. This was a lot of fun, and I’m really happy with how it came out!
“Strangers”, 2012
A self-commissioned piece, inspired by one of my all-time favorite songs, ‘Strangers’ by the Kinks. I love practicing hand drawn typography.
Another element down for my new website design!
Jellllllyyyyfissshhhhhhh OooOooOoooOo!!!
Tonight’s illustration….a component for my brand spankin’ new website [in progress!]
“TNG Tea Bag” June 2012.
A tribute to both one of the most beloved captains and fonts ever.
This was a birthday gift for a friend who shares in my nerdiness!
p.s. saying ‘tea bag’ makes me giggle.
Received a copy of a wedding invitation and RSVP card I designed in the mail today. Screen printed with metallic grey; they look awesome!
My highest compliments to their printer, they really did an amazing job.
A client just sent me photos of the final printed pieces for a freelance project I just wrapped up for his company — a marketing folder with a full double-sided sheet on the left, plus 4 staggered info sheets on the right.
I can’t wait to get a copy and take glamour shots for my portfolio!
Haha I had totally forgotten about this guy! I drew him to use on a birthday party invitation a few years ago, then zombified him for a Halloween invite.
His ribs sure look tasty.
